How does price matching work?
- If you find your transfer booking for the same date is available at a lower price on another website or at your destination, World-Airport-Transfer.com will refund the difference.
- Transfer product and service must be identical (e.g. vehicle, shared or
private, destination, etc.)
- To request a refund, please fill up the Contact Us form within 7 days of
your booking confirmation and provide the following information:
o Booking Reference ID
o E-mail address entered upon booking
o Telephone number (with area code)
o Name of transfer
o Date of transfer
o Rate quoted
o Proof of lower price (Where the lower price was advertised. Please
submit exact website address if applicable)
Our Customer Service Team will contact you back via e-mail. In case we cannot locate the lower rate specified, we will ask you for more information.
After verification, we will refund the difference to the credit card used on our website.
