What time do you operate?
Our Reservations Service is open 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

Can I get a transfer from/to any airport?
Our transfers are available from 400 major airports worldwide. To find out if we serve a particular airport please see our Airport Guide.

Are your shuttles and cars air-conditioned? How many do they seat?
All our shuttles are air-conditioned. Most of our vehicles are vans that can seat up to seven passengers.

Do you offer private transfers?
Yes. We use Sedans that can seat up to four passengers.They are equipped with air-conditioning and an internal communication system. There is ample space in the back for luggage.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
No. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside our transfer vehicles.

How can I contact you from the Airport?
Check your confirmation voucher for the local phone numbers of our service providers. If a toll-free number is available, you can call from any public phone at the airport—no cards or coins necessary.

Do I need an advance reservation?
The latest that you can make a reservation is 24 hours before you need the transfer. We highly recommend though that you book well in advance of this so we can serve you better.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation at any time before the transfer. But cancellation fees apply starting 7 days before services begin. Please read our terms and conditions for cancellation.

What if my flight is delayed?
We will wait up to one hour of the carrier's scheduled arrival time. We will still try to transfer you after this time but we can't guarantee it as we have other passengers to transfer.

Where do I meet the driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Refer to your confirmation voucher for detailed instructions on where you will meet your driver.

At which terminal will the driver drop me off on departure?
The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with.

Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before the transfer?
You must confirm your departure with us 24 hours before the transfer so we can be sure that all information concerning flight hours, airport, and pick-up address is correct.

Do you provide car seats for children under three years old?
Most of our transfer vehicles have safety seats for children. If a child seat is not available, the child should sit on the parent's lap.

Should I tip the driver? How much?
It's up to you. If you are pleased with the driver's service, why not?
